About Our Organization..

The Schenectady AOH is part of a national organization chartered in the United States in 1836 and our Division was organized in Schenectady County in 1880, which continues today as a viable organization and the center of Irish Cultural Activities for the county.

The Schenectady Hall “Celtic Crossing” is home to the Men’s Division, a Ladies Division, associate members, Celtic Friends, and hosts many social and charity events.

Brothers, we want to pass along the news that Immediate Past President Jim Scott was in a bad vehicle accident recently, and suffered numerous injuries. He has a long road ahead of him. Please join us all in offering prayers for a speedy and complete recovery. We will pass along more information to our members as it becomes available. In the meantime, please consider helping Jim out. Click this link for his GoFundMe page. Or go to Events page and read about upcoming fundraiser.
